These terms govern your use of the Apple Cartel website and any purchase made through it. By placing an order, you agree to the terms set out below.

Independent Retailer

Apple Cartel is an independent retailer of Apple and Samsung products. We are not owned by, operated by, or affiliated with Apple Inc. or Samsung Electronics. Brand names are used only to identify the products we sell.

Orders and Payment

Checkout on this site is currently running in test mode while our payment gateway integration is finalised. No live payments are processed and no card details are collected at this stage. Pricing is displayed in South African Rand (ZAR) and is subject to change without notice.

Delivery

We aim to deliver nationwide across South Africa within 2–4 working days of dispatch. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may vary by location.

Returns and Warranty

Unopened, unused items may be returned within 7 days of delivery. All phones include the applicable manufacturer warranty. See our returns and warranty pages for details.
